General 通用条款
✓POS and Supply Chain packages sold separately; hours cannot be combined. POS 与供应链服务包独立销售，小时不可混用。
✓Hours valid 12 months from purchase; unused hours roll over for another 12 months. 套餐小时自购买起 12 个月有效，未用完自动顺延 12 个月。
✓When hours fall below 20%, we recommend purchasing a new package. 剩余小时低于 20% 时建议提前续购。
✓All rates are in SGD. GST applies where required. 所有费率以新加坡元计，按规定加收 GST。
On-site Services 到店服务
✓Minimum 4 hours per visit (applies to on-site installation, configuration, commissioning and merchant training; does not apply to ad-hoc troubleshooting or hardware replacement visits). Travel time not counted toward service hours. 每次上门最少 4 小时（适用于到店安装、配置、调试及门店培训服务；不适用于临时故障处理或设备更换到店服务）。交通时间不计入服务时间。
✓On-site services within Singapore only. 到店服务仅限新加坡境内。
✓Premises must be ready on arrival: network, power and renovation complete. 到场时网络、电源、装修须就绪。
✓Site not ready: max 30-min wait, next visit at 4-hour minimum. 场地未就绪最多等 30 分钟，下次按 4 小时最低收费。
✓Equipment retrieval and storage: 1-hour flat fee. 设备带回存储：1 小时固定服务费。
Appointment Cancellation Policy 预约取消政策
✓Same-day cancellation first time: verbal warning issued. 当天取消第一次：发出口头警告。
✓Same-day cancellation second time: 0.5 hour deducted from package. 当天取消第二次：从套餐中扣除 0.5 小时。
✓No-show or completely unarranged visit: 1 hour deducted from package. 客户完全不出现或完全未安排：从套餐中扣除 1 小时。
Extended Hours & Holidays 延伸时段与节假日
✓Weekday after 6PM and Saturday: 1.5x rate. 工作日下午 6 点后及周六：1.5 倍率。
✓Public holidays and Sundays: 2.0x rate. 公共假期及周日：2.0 倍率。
✓Extended and holiday sessions are non-standard. Team availability must be confirmed before booking — we cannot guarantee availability for these time slots. 延伸及节假日服务为非标准时段，须提前确认团队是否能够配合，不保证时间档期可用。
✓All extended/holiday sessions require prior written confirmation. 延伸及节假日服务须提前书面确认。
✓Maximum service end time: 22:00PM. 最晚服务截止：晚间 22 时。
Walk-in & Payment 单次购买与付款
✓Walk-in rate: SGD 100/hr. 单次费率：SGD 100/小时。
✓Payment received at least 2 working days before service. No same-day or next-day arrangements. 服务费须提前至少 2 个工作日付清，不接受当天或次日安排。
Post Go-Live 上线后支持
✓3 working-day complimentary support: 1 request/day, max 30 min. 上线后 3 个工作日免费支持：每天 1 次，最多 30 分钟。
✓Day 4 onwards: all requests chargeable. 第 4 天起所有请求计费。
✓All post go-live support is provided remotely. On-site visits after go-live will deduct the applicable hours from your package. We strongly encourage remote resolution to preserve your package hours. 上线后所有支持均以远程方式提供。上线后的到店服务将从套餐中扣除相应小时数。我们建议优先选择远程支持以节省套餐小时。
