Package Separation
套餐独立销售
 POS and Supply Chain packages are sold separately; hours cannot be combined or transferred between packages.

Hour Validity
小时有效期
 Valid 12 months from purchase date. Unused hours automatically roll over for another 12 months.
自购买起12个月有效，未用完自动顺延12个月
Renewal Recommendation
续购建议
 When remaining hours fall below 20%, we recommend purchasing a new package to avoid interruption.
剩余小时低于20%时建议提前续购，以免服务中断
Currency & Tax
货币与税务
 All rates in SGD. GST applicable where required by law.
所有费率以新加坡元（SGD）计，依法适用消费税
On-site Services 到店服务
Minimum Visit Duration
最低上门时长
 Minimum 4 hours per visit — applies to on-site installation, configuration, commissioning and merchant training. Does not apply to ad-hoc troubleshooting or hardware replacement visits. Travel time is not counted toward service hours.
每次上门最少4小时（适用于到店安装、配置、调试及门店培训；不适用于临时故障处理或设备更换到店服务）。交通时间不计入服务时间

Site Readiness

 Premises must be ready on arrival: network, power, and renovation must be complete.

Site Not Ready

 Max 30-min wait; team departs if site is not ready. Next visit charged at 4-hr minimum.
最多等候30分钟，场地未就绪则离开；下次按4小时最低收费

 Charged at a 1-hour flat fee per instance.

 Extended and holiday sessions are non-standard. Team availability must be confirmed before booking — availability cannot be guaranteed.

 All extended/holiday sessions require prior written confirmation before being arranged.

Payment Lead Time

 Payment must be received at least 2 working days before the service date. Same-day and next-day arrangements are not accepted.

Post Go-Live Support 上线后支持
Complimentary Period
免费支持期
 3 working days of complimentary support after go-live: 1 request per day, maximum 30 minutes per request.
上线后3个工作日免费支持：每天1次，每次最多30分钟
Day 4 Onwards
第4天起
 All requests from Day 4 onwards are chargeable at the applicable hourly rate.
第4天起所有请求按适用小时费率计费
Remote-first Policy
远程优先原则
 All post go-live support is provided remotely. On-site visits after go-live will deduct applicable hours from your package. Remote resolution is strongly encouraged to preserve package hours.
上线后所有支持均以远程方式提供。上线后到店服务将从套餐扣除相应小时数，建议优先选择远程支持
