Always communicate with Agents inside the designated group chats

Pre-process your request using your own AI tool before sending to an Agent
发出前先用个人 AI 工具做一次信息筛选和流程简化,再发给 Agent
Use Claude Sonnet, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar to turn your rough ideas into clear, structured instructions before sending to the Agent. This reduces unnecessary back-and-forth, lowers token usage, and significantly improves output quality.
推荐使用 Claude Sonnet、ChatGPT 或 Gemini,把原始想法整理成清晰指令,减少 token 消耗,提升响应质量

Use the right Agent for the right task
找对 Agent,不要随便问任何一个
Each Agent has a clear scope. Sales questions → Steven / Sophia. Product how-to → Benedict. Project tracking → Pearl. Customer support → Chris. Going to the wrong Agent wastes tokens and may return inaccurate answers.
每个 Agent 有明确职责边界。找错 Agent 会浪费 token,也可能得到不准确的答案

Know the difference between Agent Skills and Shared Skills
区分 Agent Skill(专属技能)和 Shared Skill(共享技能)
Some capabilities belong to a specific Agent (e.g. Mary's 35 marketing skills, Sophia's HubSpot templates). Others are shared across the team (e.g. product knowledge base, document generation). If unsure, ask Hubert before building to avoid duplication.

Do not send highly sensitive information to Agents

Do not share customer passwords, bank account numbers, personal identity data, or confidential credentials with Agents. Agents can analyse screenshots and documents, but information security remains your responsibility.

System operations require Hubert's approval — never bypass the process
系统操作需要 Hubert 审批,不要绕过流程
Any system-level operation request (server changes, permission modifications, etc.) must be formatted by Olivia and forwarded to Hubert for approval. Only Nova executes approved operations. Business Agents do not run system commands.

Company AI Agents are for work-related tasks only — strictly no personal use

All company Agents are trained on RestoSuite's business knowledge — products, customers, SOPs, and workflows. Using Agents for personal tasks (personal queries, entertainment, non-work conversations, etc.) directly corrupts their Skills, memory, and knowledge base, causing confusion and degrading performance for the entire team.
公司所有 Agent 的知识库、Skill 和 Memory 均围绕 RestoSuite 业务建立。将 Agent 用于个人用途(个人问题、娱乐、非工作对话等)会直接污染 Agent 的 Skill、Memory 和知识库,导致数据混乱,影响全团队的使用质量
